    Good price on Ebay. It arrived well wrapped. Only downside was it took rather longer than my usual Ebay purchases to arrive. They usually all arrive within the week. Otherwise happy with purchase.

    Wrong PSP battery ordered by mistake and cancelled immediately but seller unable to stop despatch. Initiated return when received and seller eventually agreed to fund return postage. Item returned unopened and full refund received a few days later. I would have ordered correct item but could not find this in the seller’s other goods. Recommend seller. Thank you.

    Only half the order was sent. It was sent in a box with other eBay buyers details on. So obviously already returned. The seller agreed to send the missing items then didn’t. Ignored my messages until the return date was past. I had to involve eBay. Once they were involved a refund was given. Do not buy from this seller.

    Battery was initially sent without screwdriver, after a quick message to seller, a replacement screwdriver sent straight away and arrived promptly. Seller was so helpful throughout. Very happy to recommend this seller 5⭐️
