    Item very well packaged and delivered quickly via RM tracked system. Unfortunately, however, it turned out to be faulty, but the Seller responded both quickly and sympathetically/apologetically to all messages, including prompt offer of full refund.     Item as described, prompt dispatch. Unfortunately less positive about Royal Mails Tracking information. Tracking number when activated said no tracking available (??). Delivery driver yesterday could not find item, so drove off without delivery, I chased him & he said another driver MIGHT have it. Arrived noon today, a day late.
