  Received the item fast. It was well-packed inside a sturdy box. It was further protected in bubble wrap. The 3DS I bought was listed as brand new, and it arrived as advertised. As far as I can tell, the console's box had never been opened, and I was really happy about that. Great seller!

There were some shipping issues not caused by the seller, and they were extremely quick to respond to my messages and work with me to help track and watch what was going on with the package.
