  We also bought the bass for which this case is intended. The bass was in the case, in a carton for the case, inside yet ANOTHER box. To say it was packed securely is an understatement. Description said the case was B stock, but we cannot find a defect. Communication was great throughout. Shipping cost was reasonable, considering. The plush lining is the thickest I have ever seen in a case of this type, and the case itself is heavier than usual, making it a good value. We like it.

  My item arrived exactly as described. It was packaged very well and arrived in a timely manner. There was a small error shipping at first but after a single phone call to the shop, they had a solution the next day. Shawn was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process of getting it resolved. If your looking for a good deal on a quality instruments, then I would definitely recommend this shop.

  This bass guitar arrived much sooner than anticipated, which was so greatly appreciated as I had it in time for a fast-approaching band gig for which I'd hoped to use it!! It was very well-packaged, surviving the shipping with no damage. This guitar is absolutely beautiful, in perfect condition as described!! This seller was also quick to respond to emails, and gave us a good price on including the guitar case. I would most definitely buy from this seller again!!

  The shipping was fast, the instrument was properly and carefully packed, it was exactly as described, and is an amazing instrument for the price. If I had any disappointments it would be that it was shipped with round wound strings. But, that’s on Höfner, not Barry. I’d buy from this seller in an instant. A+

  The product was as described. The tuners are a perfect fit and I was able to fix my bass quickly. The shipping was good, it arrived when promised. The packaging was adequate for the parts and it was a good value. I would rate the seller and the product 5 out of 5!

  This seller is very responsive and prompt to any questions you may have. I received the guitar 2 business days after purchase. I checked the guitar into the baggage compartment of an airliner on an international flight in its original packaging. No issues at all.
