  The packaging was terrible! The tape on the box was loose and very thin. Amazingly, the hat did not come damaged. I would be much more careful when it comes to shipping orders.

  Exactly as offered. If there were folding instructions, I didn't find them, but a quick YouTube search solved that. Excellent material. Included a size adjuster (which I didn't need, as they provided instructions on how to measure for the correct size on site) and a small leather gift. My guess is that it will last for years. Very happy.
