Having done so, was told Evri were delivering and had advised seller item damaged in transit - Evri are so professional, they would have emailed me to say they had the parcel a couple of days prior, so unsure about details I have been give. Requested refund, which was given immediately. Not sure I would use this seller again, due to lack of good customer service

As it was a birthday gift and it was missed as not delivered, I had to purchase elsewhere and requested a refund. The seller refused and sent another one, which I did not want. Now they will not refund before they get the item back, and they refuse to sort out how it can be returned at their cost. Will need to get ebay involved. Avoid this seller. I wish I had -just awful
