    Great service- the order arrived quickly and was safely packaged. Genuine Neom product (I've used before so am familiar with the product). The bottle was sealed and in good condition. My only gripe is that the seller omitted to state that the item comes 'un-boxed', I.e. that it doesn't come in Neom's original box. It came un-boxed, unlike photos shown. I'd still have purchased for personal use. If I was gifting it, I'd have had to return it. Not marked seller down-overall good experience.

    The items were delivered within the allotted time. It arrived as described, to a high standard, and at a reasonable cost. The delivery team had a problem at first, but the seller promptly provided the tracking information, and the package was quickly located. Without a doubt, I would make another purchase from them in the future.

    This is my second purchase of this very same item, they last approx 5 yrs. ideal for weekly beard trim and moustache tidy-up. Great quality item and excellent value for money, would highly recommend. Excellent seller, arrived sooner than predicted, perfect condition, as described. Great communication. Will buy again when this one dies!!

    Beautiful gift set delivered a day earlier than specified which was such a welcome surprise. Tracked delivery plus separate advice from the seller on posting my item. Very well packaged and sealed items which are such very good value for money. Thank you
