  The figure arrived quickly, was well-packaged & as advertised; who could possibly ask for more?! Well, this seller went above & beyond. They initially sent a Cobra Trooper instead of Grunt. No worries, we can always use more troops. I reached out to let them know as it could affect their inventory count but made it clear that it was all good & I'd order another Grunt from them. The seller insisted on sending the correct figure & told me to keep the trooper. An awesome seller for sure. Thanks!

  The items arrived safely from the USA. I had wanted to acquire the Halloween figurine (Diana) for a while and when I saw the Christmas figurine (Ryan), I just had to buy it too. Communication with the seller was helpful and quick. The items were "New" as described and I am delighted to add them to my collection. I believe the figurines were good value for money. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

  Shipping box was absolutely crushed. Seller did not pack this item well for shipping abuse. That said, the abuse during travel is not the seller's fault. Item arrived in perfect, new in box condition. Exactly as described/pictured. I would strongly recommend to the seller to improve packing for safe travel on future items.

  They honestly sent me the wrong item, G.I. Joe: Retro Collection Robert “Grunt” Graves Kids Toy Action Figure, but quickly made it up by sending me the correct one, G.I. Joe: Retro Collection Cobra Officer Kids Toy Action Figure! Even told me to give the incorrect item to someone or a kid! I would highly recommend this kind of customer service since I've been in customer service my entire life and would do the exact same thing! Thank you again!
