    Item exactly as pictured. The seller gave me a great deal when I voiced a few concerns before I purchased it, and accepted my offer, so while the doll needs work, which I could tell from the pictures, the seller worked with me on the price. She was very gracious throughout the entire sale. The doll was well packaged. The shipping was free, so that was definitely a great deal. All in all, a great experience. Excited to restore her to a better condition. She’s already having her first “bath.”

    Very nice of the seller to issue a refund for this item even though I did not request it. I give five stars for Seller Communication but still one star for Item Description as one of Seller s pictures seems to show one of the dents on the tumbler s bottom edge. If the tumbler wasn t dented prior to shipping, it s soft packaging did not protect it from shipping damage. I think this Seller is conscientious and wants its customers to be happy. I would buy from this Seller again.

    So Sorry that it arrived damage. The dent you are speaking of must have been under Wrapper and was not noticed I will say this Tumbler WAS purchased NEW. It may have happen in Shipping. again So Sorry!

    Thank you to this seller, BarBees Honey Pot Shop, for selling this Cherished teddie to me. She is adorable. It was definitely a great buying experience. All questions were answered in minutes. The seller was great to work with. The package arrived very quickly and was packed very very safely. It is even cuter than the pictures.     Item arrived in new condition as promised. I purchased this at a great, fair price to decorate a nursery. The packaging was thoughtful and looked quite nice. I appreciated the little personalized thank you note from the seller. I would buy from this seller again.
