Prompt Postage, item as described, Seller promptly rectified a Tracking issue with the delivery. I had an initial problem with no Tracking information online. Item had been collected, but scanning must have been missed, so no tracking information was available. When I lodged an Item not received with eBay, Seller responded by immediately processing a Credit Refund to me. As this was needed to package over 300kg of fresh beef, we drove into town and picked it up ourselves, rather than wait til their scheduled delivery the following week. I would not buy from this seller again because of the courier.
