Prompt Postage, item as described, Seller promptly rectified a Tracking issue with the delivery. I had an initial problem with no Tracking information online. Item had been collected, but scanning must have been missed, so no tracking information was available. When I lodged an Item not received with eBay, Seller responded by immediately processing a Credit Refund to me. The seller’s communication was prompt and politely helpful when I contacted them about delivery. As usually happens with them Aramex leaves much to be desired as a courier however, as they did not update their tracking information. After contact with Aramex they told me they were still waiting on the item from the seller, but then delivered it the next day.
