  We had a delivery issue where the carrier delivered it to the wrong address. It took two days to find it. The seller put forth much effort to help us track it down. Our purchased item is in great shape even better than the posted pictures. We couldn’t be happier with this seller or the item we acquired from them.

  So Happy!!! Had to thank you for perfect packing!!! Glassware is tricky shipping but these arrived perfectly as pictured and described with zero damage. Made my day. My parents gifted this set to me over 40 years ago & Thanks to you, it is complete again. Broke a few plates over the decades, oops. lol Great seller, perfect pictures and packaging, received faster than expected, reasonably priced.   This pattern has been my everyday dinnerware for 20 years. I have been looking for the rimmed soup bowls for a few years, but had been unable to find. These arrived in near perfect condition. There was a mix up with the post office. The seller was amazing. They responded immediately, followed up and kept in contact until order was received.
