  Fed ex lost the package. These guys answered me quickly after I told them it was not delivered as Fed Ex had said. They dealt with it promptly and shipped me a replacement very quickly. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

  Although I did not receive my order, I do appreciate the help from this seller in trying to locate my package which apparently was lost during shipping. I am disappointed that I could not have the order replaced since they did not have this product in stock. I want to thank you for all your help.

  Positive feedback left because seller gave refund. They put the wrong tracking number in, and my item never arrived. There is a possibility that this seller is not real, but I got a refund so it all worked out.

  Waited 1.5 weeks for the item. On the day it was “out for delivery,” I got a proactive refund from this seller and was confused. Turns out the tracking was not for my package at all, and they don’t have my item to send. Wish I had known earlier so I could have purchased elsewhere, and not wasted 1.5 weeks waiting for something that wasn’t coming. Thanks for the proactive refund, though.

  Buyers beware. Never received tracking info, and when item arrived, was not what I ordered. Tried 3 messages over 5 days to contact seller about this and got absolutely no response.
