  Item was listed as new/factory sealed. The box was NOT sealed - even the perforated door on the front of the box was opened. Box was clearly repacked - seller tried to tell me ‘that’s how they come’ ??? Wonder how many people have been fooled. Should be negative feedback, however my item was returned and refunded.

  Quality of the book appeared to be new, as advertised. The shipping method was an issue because they stuffed the book into my mailbox, which affected the integrity and quality of the book that arrived. This detracted from the book's appearance. More clear instructions should be given to the shipper.
