  As previously noted, I highly recommend this seller because all items I have bought have always arrived in pristine condition, well packaged, in very good, and at times, better appearance than described so excellent value with very good quality service and books. Moreover, communication via email is excellent as I was informed every stage of the posting and expected delivery process.

  The books arrived quiclkly and well packaged, the condition wasn't quite as described, but following communication with the seller, a satisfactory result was achieved. Have bought from this seller before on numerous occasions and this was the first issue I have had. Always good value and very efficient.

  I ordered 4 books at the same time from the same seller so eBay is annoying by asking for 4 separate bits of feedback. So - copy and paste: ordered Saturday evening, despatched Sunday and delivered in one parcel (good seller) tracked Royal Mail lunchtime Tuesday. Excellent service, very good packing. All books as described. Nectar is equally as it treats each book as a separate purchase. I'll get 8 emails from Nectar, eventually. Grumble over. It seems that Baham is owned by Awesome.

  The item sent did not match the 'very good' condition description - however, the seller rectified this immediately once raised as an issue - without argument or fuss. There was obviously a mistake in the item description, but the response from the seller was quick, accepting and solution driven. The prices of items give excellent value. My experience hasn't put me off of shopping with them again - if anything the opposite as I'm now confident in the seller's integrity.

  Living with Diabetes Book as described and pictured. Very good used condition, good quality with a nice appearance and very good value. I bought this for my husband as he has type 2 diabetes and this is The Diabetes UK Guide for those treated with tablets as my husband is or diet, so I hope it will give him better understanding of his diabetes. Good communication dispatched quickly well wrapped delivered very quickly very pleased with it. Highly Recommended Seller
