  I had a great 1st experience with this seller! My item (Otterbox Defender series cell phone case) was as described, it arrived on time and it was undamaged. It was listed as "Open box" but in my opinion it's "Like new." I asked the seller to ship it in a small box and he kindly did that for me. He also added extra bubble wrap. I would buy from him again without hesitation.
