  Item as described and fast shipping. Price is much better than competitors. Box was somewhat beat up, but product was in good shape. Like the fact that it's in two bags. Only took one bag to bring calcium to desired level. Bag that it comes in is thick and durable.

  Ordered a 2.0 HP, 240v spa blower. Label on box showed 2.0 HP, 240v but blower inside was 1.0 HP, 120v. Vendor expedited a return shipping label and refund has been processed. Unfortunately, this was a refurbished blower at a great price and they didn’t have any more to do an exchange. Reputable vendor so went ahead and purchased a new one from them and expect delivery tomorrow (per tracking).

  The item is as listed and arrived in a timely manner. The only issue I ran into is that there was absolutely no tracking information until after the item was delivered. I had reached out to their customer service to find out when the item would be shipping as nothing had updated for a few days but they were of no assistance; just canned answers.

  This is a great seller. The Carrier lost my package and the seller gave me a refund. When my package arrived at my residence the seller insisted that I just keep it as it is considered lost. I wish they had not lost out on their payment over the carrier's service.It's not their fault, will definitely do business with them again!
