Glad I found what I wanted from them. Guitar was packed very carefully and with a lot of protection to keep it safe in its travels as well as cleaned, set up and had new strings, picks and guitar cloth. I highly recommend them. I also just told my friend about what a positive experience it was and would recommend them to anybody looking for quality used instruments that are taken care of the right way.

All setup points (action, intonation, etc) were apparently done before shipping; as a result, the guitar plays perfectly. Packing and delivery time were great. I HIGHLY recommend this seller. On a 1-10 scale, I give them a 25!
