  This item was not received and unfortunately for the seller, I don’t think the postage was tracked (I certainly couldn’t track delivery). Communication on this matter was good and the seller refunded my money in full. Not the best eBay experience on these purchases with him however the seller dealt with the matter professionally and promptly

  Item received was missing some cups and a substantial amount of lids, but on contacting the seller a full refund was issued instead of sending the missing items. Can't complain at that!!! Very good customer service and Happy New Year! Cups and lids that were received were fine.
