    Item arrived a couple days after expected, but most likely due to USPS. The product was in another box which was nice as otherwise it would have been obvious it was a laptop. Product was in the condition described with all items indicated. A great value!

    I had a question about how long the shipping was and it was handled very well. Seller and eBay helped track down item after not receiving any info 12 days after it was accepted by the usps. Just a couple quick questions and within a day package was delivered with confirmation. I’m happy with how seller and eBay handled it.
