    I can not say Enough good and positive things about this seller! The stereo head unit he sent me was unfortunately damaged in shipping. He contacted me immediately after I notified him and very promptly resolved my concern by refunding the purchase cost and with no need of going thru the trouble of sending back the item. I truly wish all sellers we deal with were as PROFESSIONAL as he! Thank you so much!!

    Thank you. I try hard to pack things so they are not damaged but it happens sometimes despite my best efforts. Thank you for sending me the extra pictures I needed in order to address the issue with the shipper.
