  I had read lots of negative feedback on this seller but decided to give them a benefit of doubt on a Ford Explorer Floor console. After more than a week without any shipping, i inquired twice and finally after almost 12 days, they said that the part was damaged during removal, why did they post the item that was not ready for shipping in the first place. They asked me to initiate the cancellation of the item but it was too late. They however refunded the amount promptly but I Wasted time

  I messaged if my item (steering rack) was going to ship since multiple days passed since payment and the ad showed the part already removed and was told YES it was shipping that day. Then several more days later I check to see why isn't it here/the tracking and see a refunded canceled order. Free loans do you even have then part or real pictures? NEGATIVE -5 stars THIS IS THE SECOND SELLER OF SAME PART AND SAME THING REFUNDED AND NEVER REMOVED? NEVER HAD? WTF
