  Seller was very helpful and communicative before and after the purchase, and had a quick turnaround time. The helmet I purchased had a proper description of its condition and was really well packed for the shipping. Very happy with the product received. However, the pinlock visor insert was in the box without any protective packaging, leaving it full of scratches. But I'd like to give the benefit of doubt to the seller and assume it's more of an oversight. Definitely recommended.

  Helmet was listed for a great price. Seller still offered to sell it for 10% less and shipped it out shortly after ordering. It arrived in absolutely perfect condition despite the seller downplaying its condition. Seller could have easily lied and said it was brand new / never worn and I would not have been able to tell the difference, so hats off to them for their honesty. It also came much faster than expected. 5/5 transaction, would recommend buying from this seller.

  the klock werks harley softail used windshield that I bought through e bay was packaged well and was sent to me in a timely maner the e bay seller described the windshield and pointed out the imperfections with good pictures ! when I received the windshield it was in better condition then I thought it would be in , and the e bay seller had the windshield priced right and even sent it to me the e bay buyer with free shipping , you can not beat that !! I would buy from this E BAY seller again ! !

  I had previously owned an Arai Ram-X and needed another. Seller answered my questions quickly. Helmet received was as described and fit perfectly. Helmet came with the storage bag and fog resistant lens. It did not arrive in original box, but was securely packaged and shipped with no damage. Price was as expected for a returned item. Item arrived within a week. Very pleased with this seller and glad I was able to find another Arai Ram-X helmet.
