    My side of the tracking was not working. So after almost a week I sent the seller a message asking why they hadn’t shipped my item yet. All I could see is the seller printed the shipping label but never shipped it out. The seller sent me a screenshot of the tracking showing that it was almost to my side of the country. Communication was perfect and super quick. I’m very impressed with this seller. And getting my favorite mascara for significantly less than what I usually pay was nice too!

    USPS tracking was completely wrong, and showed the pkg wasn't even picked up! I reached out to seller and they explained it was a problem for them... but never fear, the pkg was in transit! Sure enough it arrived today! Right on schedule. Thanks.

    If there was an option for more than 5 stars then I would definitely rate this item and the seller as such! Item exactly as described, brand new in box.
