  Items came securely packaged. Pricing was great. Would definitely re-do business with seller again. But the delivery service that was used just left the package at the front door on the floor. As far as other delivery services that had been used, like FedEx, UPS, even the United Postal service had never abandoned their packages. That's why I never use Amazon.

  Item more or less as described. One handle is slightly bent, but still useable. Fast shipping, excellent packing. I'm about 92% happy. But if it was in a store where I could have picked one that was straight, I sure would not have picked this one.

  The palm trees arrived in good condition and packaged very well. The quality is outstanding and the price was great especially for the amount of trees in the packet. There appearance is very lifelike. Thank you , a five star seller in my opinion.

  I ordered the large grappling hook. I paid for the large grappling hook. However I received the small grappling hook. The wrong hook that cost much less. I am not receiving any communication from seller I am extremely unhappy at this point with this seller and I want my money back
