  Item didn't arrive. Fortunately I had click and collect at my local Argos. When I checked the traking details it said it was delivered to Argos two days after purchase. The seller said they couldn't contact the currier and would issue a refund. This also didn't happen. I ended up having to get eBay involved. Total not happy with seller, worst service I've ever had

  I ordered this KWB Drilling Ø 4-12 mm Drill Block sold by jess952012. It was not delivered as expected. I contacted jess952012 and jess952012 immediately offered me a full refund or a new one sent to me first class post. I wanted this brilliant drill block, so asked to send me a new one. It arrived only a few days later. Can't recommend this vendor more highly!
