  U.S. seller . offered free shipping to Canada . order was placed and then cancelled by seller the same day. . reason : ''issue with buyers shipping address ". i asked what the ''issue '' with the address. reply was ''sorry, out of stock''. reported listing to ebay , and supposed ''free shipping was taken down''. seller too dense to offer free shipping and have no intention of following through as per listing. why waste someone's time with false shipping offer ? not the brightest seller.
