  Item exactly as described/listed, posted quickly. Good seller. BUT Auspost did an awful job of delivery - 13 days from Brisbane to Adelaide (via Melbourne, why?). And then 5 days just to get from Adelaide to my suburb, 30km from the Adelaide GPO. When needing a headlight, this isn't what you want. You've got one job, Auspost! I get things from China and Europe quicker. Despite it being bubble-wrapped, they also broke the Philips packaging, but fortunately both globes were still intact.

  Great quality item delivered in excellent condition. Good value and looks great. Seller says in description that some MAY take up to 3 weeks to deliver made to order items. Seller advised the item was sent on 8th. June and will arrive by 24th. I then got a message from Australia Post that item was picked up on 24th. June. Finally arrived on 1st. July. Even this rating list under "postage time" says item was sent on 9th. Communication re delivery is lacking.

  Very good price with free delivery. By far the best deal I could find. Also made a blunder with my order. Was promptly refunded and following order was promptly sent. Great coms. No fuss. Packaged well and speedy delivery. Definitely recommend this business for online buying.

  Parts as advertised and arrived in the post ok however somehow one of the shocks managed to pierce through the cardboard box and wrapping. Luckily its shaft didn't get damaged/doesn't look bent, the clip that's supposed to hold it in the bottom position must have come loose in transit. Good communication from autopartsguys, responded to my query in a timely manner, thank you very much for your service!

  Item originally ordered 10/3/25 with expected delivery date of 20/3/25. Seller provided clear communication and regular updates (and options) that there was some issues with inventory on hand, with the item (by agreement) despatched on 26/3/25 and ultimately delivered in good condition on 31/3/25. An acceptable result for me overall. Item was as described in new condition and of good quality. Seller provided good levels of communication along the way.

  Ordered tinted weather-shields for my Commodore following completion of car respray to match tintged windows on the car and really happy with this purchase as exactly what I was looking for and will match the already tinted door windows. Great price, well packed to prevent damage during shipment and received ahead of advertised eta. Impressed with this seller.
