The product came on time but the seller had to prompt them along. The tracking updates are all wrong and non existent for the most part. Items came nicely packaged and exactly as described. Struts are brand new, look great, with good quality. They are easy to install. The struts were shipped wrapped in plastic in a box. Unfortunately theUSPS took 32.1 hours before leaving CA. After arriving in southern FL it took the USPS 30.2 hours to deliver. Not the sellers fault. Thanks for an otherwise perfect transaction.
