They kept changing their arrival time. Ergo 4 stars on shipping time. I've had other problems w FedEx in the past, which is why I never use them. However, my beloved wife reminded me that there was some winter weather in areas not used to having snow. So FedEx gets a by this time... which is why it's not less than a 4. The seller, however, was excellent. Would have no problem buying from them again.
