The explanation shown on the advertisement is not compatible with the product fittings sent (see photo) as they didn't fit the U shaped arm end as the advertisement suggests. But the delivery & customer service was good and the refund prompt so I have rated them positively.

The seller printed the postage label straight away, however they were not posted. I messaged the seller twice before I got a reply. Within a very short time Royal mail said they had received it and I received it two days later. Just a shame I had to wait so long when the listing said 2 to 3 days.
