  My experience with this seller was excellent.The web site was easy to navigate.The auto glass arrived within a few days in excellent condition, securely packaged and was delivered on time by Fedex. It turned out I had chosen the window corresponding to the wrong model year and I had to return it. Mea culpa. The seller guided me through the return/refund process, identified the correct part from my car's VIN which unfortunately they did not carry. Overall, great service from this seller.

  Doesn’t fit my car. I was so frustrated with eBay’s guarantee fit, using their protocol, I still received a part that doesn’t fit. I messages the seller as to what to do. Seller was very helpful to find the correct part for me. They asked for vin and a few questions and within a few hours reverted back with a courteous reply, link item, ship label to return item that doesn’t fit. I will buy again from this seller.

  Received my replacement glass on time it was packaged very professionaly so I received it in a new condition no Damage occurred duringshipment. It was exactly as described very close to OEM quality/specs. The price of the Glass with Shipping was the best that I found anywhere. Not to many companies offer free return shipping if there is an issue. I would highly recommend this seller. If I had to purchase another glass they will be my first choice!
