    The part we ordered came exactly as it should. Even though item came from Hong Kong, the communication from this seller was timely. FedEx ECON is slow and we do wish there were faster options but we did get the package as fast as could be expected. English isn't their first language but was easy enough to understand. Thank you very much! I would order from you again.

    Brake pads were exactly what I was looking for and exactly the size and came in prompt time. No issues whatsoever would buy from them again. They did an excellent job and even kept great communication with me. Contacted me after to make sure everything look good. Great service. Great price excellent timing.

    Got the wrong part and getting a run around about what was delivered vs what was ordered. I provided clear pictures showing the part sent is not what was described I purchased. No return label provided with packing. Horrible broken English for response.

    I purchased a set of two brake discs but received only one. I reached out via email to explain the issue, since there’s no phone number to call. Instead of resolving the problem, they acted confused and avoided responsibility when I asked for the missing item. I gave them over a month to correct the issue before leaving this review, but nothing changed. To make things worse, they even asked me to leave a five-star review before addressing the problem.Very disappointing experience. Bad experience
