The grommets are as described by seller - brand new. A very varied and useful collection of different size grommets.   Diabolically poor seller, because they don't actually sell the things they advertise. Avoid at all costs. Never posted item, didn't answer emails. I waited weeks for these to arrive for weeks which put back a job 2 weeks. They never even answered Ebays requests when I opened a complaint. Ebay had to refund my money. A total waste of time. Zero customer service skills.
