  I had an issue with the head pf the lift support I received. It is physically larger than the part I was replacing and interfering with a bolt nearby. I contacted the vendor and told them that the part was not working and they immediately issued a full refund. I later found out a way to make it work. This is a great vendor to do business with. I would use them again. I contacted them and sent payment for the part to make it right since I kept the part in the end.

  Great seller, I was unable to use the product and the seller accepted it back and provide 100% refund including shipping both ways. This is a seller that wants our business, please consider getting your auto needs from them and of course it is largely possible through eBay and their easy purchase avenues and return policies they make available. eBay too, wants our business, give it to them, keep the around. I buy 93% of my online purchases from eBay.
