  In this instance, the capacitor I received were with the exact technical specifications as I ordered them. However, they have different dimensions and this made it impossible to install in the available space I had. After explaining this to the seller it was recognized and an agreement was achieved. Communication was excellent during the process. I highly recommend this seller!!

  Not impressed, item never arrived, contacted seller and kept getting told to wait longer or go up to the post office and ask, how do you do that without tracking info. It's been 3 weeks for normal post from Sydney to Melbourne? Probably be faster on a slow boat from china. EBay stepped in and refunded so can't complain about that - if you want your item quickly and actually want it to arrive stay away!!!
