  Items were solidly packed, preventing them from any transportation damage. Items received were perfectly described. Immediate turn around and received within a few days.   Item came quickly and well-wrapped but not in a box, in a plastic bag! Nor was the mug itself in a box. It's a miracle, it came clear across the country unbroken, but since it was unbroken I have no complaints . My thanks to the seller.

  Perfect transaction. Exactly as pictured! You can definitely tell this seller ships a lot of fragile items - it was well packaged and wrapped in a lot of bubble wrap, protective foam, and packing peanuts! My mother in law (the collector) is going to love it!
