The seller accidentally sent me the wrong bag, but they handled the situation quickly and professionally. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and in the end, I not only received an even nicer bag, but they also gave me a discount for the inconvenience and included an extra vintage hangtag.   SELLER IS THE BEST!!!! there was a complication with the shipping (not sellers fault) and with the whole process seller was on top of it!! Always updating me on what was happening and calling/investigating what was happing with my package. GREAT customer service and the product is exactly what I wanted!!
