    VERY happy with this charm, it's better than described. It was packaged in a cute little pink bag AND pink mailer (my color!) and was shipped fast. Very reasonable shipping costs too. I will be purchasing again and definitely recommend this seller. I was giddy the minute I saw the pink mailer with a sticker that says "Yes, your happy mail has arrived" LOL

    Didn’t receive all of my order. Contacted the seller and they insisted it was packed correctly. Sent proof of only receiving one item and the seller accused me of already leaving a bad review without them being able to fix the issue even though I did not leave any review and I let them know this as I was hoping for a solution. They did not respond after this and have never tried to fix the issue.
