  Excellent! The item was exactly as listed (brand new in the box Birkenstock sandals). These were a style that are hard to find and I am very grateful to have found them. The seller was super - great communication, item description, fair shipping cost and fast to process the order and ship out. The sandals, which are great quality were a good price.   I was told it would take 3-5 business days to receive the item as I needed it before Christmas. I purchased on 12/16. It never even left to be shipped until 12/20. It arrived on 12/27. The seller mentioned they can’t control UPS. But UPS had nothing to do with them waiting 4 days to even ship. And it still was way beyond the 3-5 days that they told me, before I purchased, that it would take. The shoes, however, were as described.
