  Great laptop, came well packaged and exactly as described. During setup, I encountered a problem with the screen so I reached out to Australian Computer Traders and the service was amazing. Problem was resolved quickly, professionally and without incident. I highly recommend these guys, I'm sure what happened to me was a rare event, but they stand by their product and after sales service was outstanding. I now have a great laptop that you'd mistake for new for a fraction of the price. Stoked.

  Ok product. Good delivery. Great service. The laptop (Lenovo X270) is as describe, with only some cosmetic signs of ware/marks (mostly on edges and bottom). The order was processed & sent quickly, the delivery arrived within the stated dates. The service was great because upon arrival I discovered one two system batteries had failed, contacting the seller was great, fast responses to messages and they were happy to make an acceptable compromise for me. GREAT SELLER, would defiantly recommend!

  Good seller. Have bought from them before & am consistently satisfied. Shipping was fast, packaging was secure. Item was consistent with description - some wear and tear, but fully functional. This is expected as I bought B stock. Very good value!

  The item was as described "Very Good" condition and good value. The power adapter was missing, however, as soon as I contacted the seller they immediately send one to me by express post. Excellent customer service.
