We dismantle and recycle 1999 to current Volkswagen Jetta, GTI, R32, Golf, Beetle Subaru Impreza and Porsche Carerra.
Hours of operation: M-F: 8-5 SAT: 9-2 SUN: Closed Over 100 quality used parts from each vehicle are removed, inventoried and prepared for sale. Unlike most large chain auto dismantlers, no part is too small for us to inventory and sell. Over 9 years ago we opened an eBay store which was unheard of at the time. Our store is still going strong and continues to be an ever evolving avenue for us. Austin Imports has had an eBay store for over 9 years. We pride ourselves on our products and service. With almost 400 parts sold each month on eBay, we are still able to keep a 99.5% or better feedback rating.

    Unfortunately, my experience with this seller was disappointing. The part I received was damaged while that in itself can be understandable with used parts, the damage was not disclosed in the listing, nor was it shown in any close-up photos. When I reached out to resolve the issue, the seller was rude and unwilling to work toward a fair solution. I would caution others to be very careful when purchasing from this seller. Be sure to examine all photos closely be aware of his listing.

    We accept returns. Customer's best offer was keeping the part for a 60% refund. While the customer is partially correct, there wasn't a close-up photo of a ding, he failed to mention it was seen in the photos and this part is completely covered once installed on the vehicle. When we wouldn't cave to his threats and unreasonable demands, all the while offering various reasonable solutions, customer just kept the part and slandered us here instead.
