  Quality: Item arrived as per the advertised description, Condition: Arrived with no defects and all elements for install included in the package. Delivery: Shipping time was delayed through no fault of the seller, but their freight provider no doing the right thing, communication from the seller was excellent and they got the item re-delivered as quickly as they could. Value: Pricing is competitive

  Although I didn't receive item due to being out of stock, I was contacted right away by seller to inform me of this and offered options but as this was for a wedding and none matched my hair colour I cancelled and received a full refund, I will definitely order again when my colour is back in stock. I would have waited but needed for a wedding. Amazing customer service.

  The mirrors were packed well and arrived in a reasonable time but they have a raised product item and numbers on the back of the mirror where it's visible. There is no mention of this in the description and most photos show a clear back without raised lettering and numbers. I am pretty disappointed.

  excellent customer service, a serious company that wants to take care of its customers, at all times they provided me with the necessary support because the product I bought was not the right size and yet they offered me a solution by sending me the product in my size at no additional cost and reimbursing half of it. a safe company to make purchases, the product is great and of very good quality/price, I will definitely buy other products from this company again, new and loyalty customer
