  The book arrived in perfect condition exactly as it was described, exceptionally well-packaged; it didn't move in its box, which was well-taped; arrived earlier than expected. Seller-to-buyer communication was exemplary. The seller went out of their way to get extra insurance on the package and followed the special request instructions I have no complaints.
