  I ultimately ended up returning the VCR as it did not fit my current setup (the Panasonic AG-1980 was much larger than I expected). The seller was very accessible and communicative, and helped me through the return process. Overall, I’m happy with my experience and would recommend this seller to others 👍

  Machine received as described, and packaged pretty well. Shipping was a little slow. It did not get to the shipper until about a week after tracking number was issued. Would have liked some communication following a request for an update on shipping. Overall though, not much else to complain about - in the end I'm very happy with the condition of the merchandise.
