    The package arrived in good order, securely wrapped in a bubble wrap mailing envelope. I was concerned at first, but other than the box being slightly indented on the top, all was well. The reel is in very good condition, as described, so I may be looking for another in the same price range, which was very acceptable. Very good service from this seller.

    This is a very trustworthy, professional, and reliable seller. Very fast ship of a beautiful product, and excellent communication. The product was exactly as described, and well packed. The headphones didn't work for me because of fit (every head is different and you don't know until you try), and the seller honored their return policy exactly. I would DEFINITELY buy again from Audio-Exchange, and without any hesitation whatsoever.
