    Got shipped a faulty calibration mic (not at all the fault of the seller). Sent a message and they replied quickly. They sent a new microphone quickly and even included a payed return package ready to be shipped back for the original defective one. Timely and friendly service! Would certainly recommend shopping with these guys.

    They had a goof on there inventory. They were actually out of stock on the purple shure headphones. But, they contacted me immediately. Offered me alternatives colors. Or the option to wait and they would 2nd day ship. Lee time was 3-4 days. I chose a diffrent color (blue) and boom they were here. I truly appreciate the honesty and speed of processing. I will be a repeat customer. The sound of these earphones are phenomenal!! Very comfy too!
