I'd inquired about faster shipping for my service manual, and was told by the seller it would be a few $$ more, but thought it was likely too late after purchasing to achieve it. To my surprise, the seller paid the extra for me anyway, and wouldn't accept reimbursement. Now that's customer service. Thank you so much!
