  I purchased this item to replace my existing one which had stopped working. Item was shipped promptly and was very well packaged. Unfortunately, the item did not work so I had to immediately initiate the process of getting a refund and ship the item back to the seller. Seller received the item and I was promptly issued a refund. Good seller, everything was a good experience, except for the fact that the item didn’t work. seller took care of the problem. Would still recommend seller.

  Item was carefully packed, and arrived as listed / as shown in the photos. The item is immaculately clean. From CA, $25 is a bit high for shipping costs.

  Quite possibly the best packaging I've seen from a seller here! The computer shipped beautifully, and looks even better in person - the photos made it look more yellowed than it really is! No damage inside either! Everything looks wonderful, just as described. Great value!
