  Well priced and packed. Unfortunately one was broken, but seller agreed to my request to keep the other for a partial refund which was promptly received. The true measure of a trustworthy seller is when they go above and beyond to make things right which she did in my case. I highly recommend her!

  Was well packaged to assure it would not break in transit. Came very quickly and faster than expected. Is exactly what the description said and replaced a beloved mug for wife that broke. The price was very competitive to what we could find other places online.
